1. How Our Service Works

Our tools do not host, store, or maintain a library of Instagram content. Each request is resolved live, at the moment a user submits a public content link, and the resulting file is streamed directly to that user. We do not keep a searchable archive or catalog of downloaded media, and no content is retained on our servers after a download request completes.

2. User Responsibility

Users of this Service are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of any downloaded content complies with applicable copyright law. Our Terms of Service prohibit using the Service to redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit copyrighted material without the rights holder's permission.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was mistakenly identified as infringing, you may submit a counter-notice containing your name, address, and phone number; identification of the material and its location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for any user found to be repeatedly involved in copyright infringement through use of our tools.
